Attracting More Inquiries from your Website

Want to generate more inquiries, sell more products?

Let us assume that your website attracts one hundred people per day to it, let us then assume that just one of these people buys from you… if we want to sell more products we either need to increase the number of visitors or we need to increase our conversion rate.

  • If 100 visitors = 1 sale
  • We can assume therefore that 200 visitors would generate 2 sales.
  • However if we increase the conversion rate from one sale per hundred to ten… this increase would be dramatic, would it not?
    • 100 visitors = 10 sales
    • 200 visitors = 20 sales

Just imagine the possibilities… and the rewards.

Now let us accomplish this… the first thing you need to do is to understand your existing customers, in fact I daresay you believe you understand them but when was the last time you actually asked them why they do business with you? Most businesses fail to ask this question and work on assumptions only… and these are most often wrong. Select your most profitable customers and invite them to lunch and ask them all why they do business with you, you will be amazed at the answers… and these answers will enable you to do much more business both online and offline.

Based upon this feedback you should now redesign the content of your website to better engage your prospective customers… if for instance your customers tell you that they do business with you because you offer a simple no nonsense approach to website design that generates an income… tell your prospective customers this and don't waste your time telling them all manner of technical jargon unless they tell you that is what they want.
