EZ-Generator creates entire sites including navigation menu, headers, buttons, frames, and lets you focus your attention on creating the actual site contents. The secret? You don't have to know how to code HTML because EZ-Generator does it all for you.

The problem I've always had with HTML (WYSIWYG) Editors is that everything is just great ... until something goes wrong with the code. In other words I have always taken the stand that if you can't code HTML then how will you fix the code if all of a sudden something stops working. And something usually does. EZ-Generator will not fix your code for you if something goes wrong ... BUT it will assist you to create and publish Websites to the Internet without knowing any code whatsoever ... OR for that matter ... without being familiar with Web Publishing at all. EZ-Generator helps you every step of the way.

Just one thing though. The EZ-Generator interface isn't very familiar. Oh its familiar looking ... but scratch the surface and its hard to find easy things like "close" or "open" ... the procedures are just a little bit different to most other interfaces I've used and it took me a while to get the hang of it. I was pleased to find though that hitting F12 allowed me to "preview" the Website in a Browser ... as I couldn't find this information even in the help file.

Those of you who have used a HTML Editor in the past will find this one has all the features you would expect. Add in video, sound, images and text with the click of a button. Another mouse click and you can expand your Website by adding pages. You can make your Website from scratch or you can use one of the template sites incorporated in EZ-Generator. For some reason these aren't called Websites in EZ-Generator they are actually called "Administrations". Hmmm, I wonder why the EZ-Generator people would stray from the familiar with naming conventions as well?

This is powerful software but it has a cumbersome interface and as it is aimed at novice users then I'm afraid I have to give it a "thumbs down" as, in my opinion, it can't fulfill its promise if users have to acclimatise themselves. I think with a little revision though EZ-Generator could be worth a look in its next incarnation.
